• —Account information: name and email address provided through Google OAuth or Apple Sign-In when you create an account.
• —Simulation data: your choices, decisions, scores, and behavioral profile generated during Career Simulator and Situation Simulator sessions.
• —Payment information: billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers — Stripe handles payment processing and storage.
• —Usage data: how you interact with the platform, including sessions started, features used, and time spent.
• —Voice data: audio recordings captured during Situation Simulator sessions for transcription. Audio is processed in real time and is not stored permanently.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• —Provide, operate, and improve the Verism platform.
• —Personalize your experience and generate behavioral debriefs.
• —Process payments and manage your subscription.
• —Send you account-related communications, including receipts and service updates.
• —Monitor platform usage to detect abuse and ensure security.
• —Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• —Service providers: we share data with Anthropic (AI generation), OpenAI (speech-to-text and text-to-speech), Stripe (payment processing), and Supabase (database and authentication) to operate the platform. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• —Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• —Business transfers: if Verism is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and simulation data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, and limited internal access to personal data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
